Protein is a great snack!

Among rich proteins like meats. I have found that raw fruits and veggies also do not limit this diet at all but instead makes it grow abundantly. Here are some snacks that ease hunger and make for a tasty treat that anyone maybe new to the diet can try without purchasing gluten free specific foods.

  • Any raw fruits/veggie. Such as 
  1. Carrots
  2. Cucumber 
  3. Strawberries
  4. Bananas
  5. Apples
  6. Grapes
  7. Tomatoes
  8. Watermelon
  • Any raw nuts such as almonds, peanuts, cashews
